Somatic Dance: Fluid Flow

An evening to move, feel, express, and come home to your body — and most importantly, to have FUN while doing it!

Join us for our next Somatic Dance class, a sacred space to embody and awaken the hips, explore your fluid nature, and reconnect to the creative life force within. This session is an invitation to move with the element of water — to soften, to surrender, to ripple through the body in waves of expression and release.

The hips are a powerful portal — home to stagnant emotion, buried wisdom, sensuality, and creative potential. Through intuitive, guided movement, we’ll begin to gently open this space, creating room for energy to move, stories to shift, and pleasure to return.

You’ll be invited to let go of structure, expectation, and control — and instead trust the rhythms of your own body. This is not about performance; it’s about feeling, freeing, and remembering.

This class is for any body, any age, and all levels of experience. Come as you are — and leave more connected to yourself than ever before.
