The Mindful Mothers Circle offers a nurturing space for shared experiences through gentle movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
What to Expect
🌿 Cacao Ceremony – Enjoy the warm, heart-opening properties of cacao.
🌬️ Pranayama – Gentle breathwork to calm the mind and center your energy.
✨️Meditation – Guided mindfulness to find presence and inner stillness.
💆♀️ Yin & Oils – Holding postures to release tension and restore balance. We’ll use essential oils and gentle, optional touch to ground and soothe body and mind. (Pregnancy-friendly)

Important Notes
As we are incorporating gentle yoga, postpartum mums must be 6+ weeks and cleared for exercise.

Cacao used will be vegan and gluten-free. If you have any food allergies, please contact Georgie.
Incense & Oils: These will be used during the session. If you have any sensitivities or allergies to incense or essential oils, please advise Georgie beforehand. (oils and touch are always optional)
This is an adults-only event, allowing mothers to fully immerse themselves in this time of reconnection.
