Each of us has a unique mind-body constitution, known as a dosha, which influences our digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing. When we learn to live in rhythm with nature, life feels more balanced and easeful.

In this three-hour introductory workshop, Steffi will guide you through the foundations of Ayurveda in a practical and engaging way.

Together, we will:

  • Explore the five elements and the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.

  • Take part in a fun dosha quiz to identify current imbalances and share insights with others.

  • Learn how to bring balance through dinacharya—daily routines aligned with nature’s rhythms.

  • Reflect with a lifestyle audit to see what small changes can support greater health and ease.

  • Conclude with a nourishing Five Elements Yoga Nidra practice

  • Receive take-home notes and resources (emailed after the event)
