    A fluid and energising class designed to lengthen, strengthen, and mobilise. With a focus on functional movement and seamless transitions, FLOW supports posture, flexibility, and performance. Best suited for those with Reformer experience.

    REFORMER DYNAMIC
    Advanced | Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy, or injuries
    This high-energy class combines resistance, tempo, and trampoline cardio to deliver a full-body challenge. Expect creative sequences, varied spring loads, and an endorphin-boosting sweat. Perfect for experienced clients ready to move with power and pace.
