PORTUGAL Retreat
Where Movement Meets Stillness

Register

Join Maddi and Yara at Quinta do Rio Retreat, just 35 minutes south of Lisbon and nestled in Arrábida Natural Park, for six nights and seven days of real practice and unhurried living in Portugal (Monday 10th – Sunday 16th August 2026). Mornings begin with meditation and a long, spacious vinyasa practice — turning the dial up when it’s supportive and keeping things slow when it’s not.

Late mornings flow into a shared brunch, then the middle of the day is yours: swim, rest by the pool, make new friends, walk in nature, or join optional local experiences and day trips, all while immersed in the beauty and culture of the region.

In the late afternoon, we come back together for practice, workshops or simple curated group activities — with yin or restorative sessions on some afternoons, unless we’re out exploring. Evenings are for good food, conversation, and letting the day land.

Portugal offers a natural balance of coast and culture, lightness and depth. This is a retreat with substance and spaciousness — structured enough to support you, open enough to breathe. A week to move, rest, create and be, without rushing toward anything.

All prices are in AUD. Early bird pricing ends on the 28th of Feb 2026.
