Join Georgie at The Yoga Room and Pilates for a special gathering designed for mothers and expectant mums to connect and realign. The Mindful Mothers Circle offers a nurturing space to foster movement and connection through shared experiences.
What to Expect:
Cacao Ceremony: Enjoy the warm, heart-opening properties of cacao as we begin our journey together.
Pranayama: Engage in breathwork to center and calm the mind.
Meditation: Experience guided meditation to enhance mindfulness and presence.
Slow Yang to Yin: Move mindfully through a soft, slow-flow practice before easing into nourishing Yin postures that ground both body and mind, leaving you deeply relaxed. (pregnancy friendly)

Water and Comfortable clothing suitable for move.
Important Notes:
1. As we are incorporating yoga into our circle, post partum mums must be 6 weeks > and cleared for exercise.

3. We will be using Cacao at our event which will be vegan and gluten free. If you have any allergies, please contact Georgie ecomovementwa@gmail.com
4. This is an adults only event so mothers can really enjoy this time to come back to themselves.
5. We are unable to provide refunds, if you can no longer attend, please pass along your ticket to another deserving Mumma and provide Georgie with their details. (Full name, email and phone number)
